Title: webMethods Application Support
Location: 88 East Broad St. Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who can support webMethods applications.
- Primary Job responsibilities include providing production support, ticket handling, SME support, implementation support etc., Job responsibilities include providing on call/weekend/after-hours Implementation support periodically.
- Should be able to support webMethods applications hosted on premises and cloud (GCP).
- Candidate should be able to independently develop/enhance, triage, test and implement webMethods integrations using SOAP and REST.
- Should have in-depth expertise in working with various webMethods products such as Integration Server, Designer, Universal messaging, MWS and TN.
- Working knowledge of various logging frameworks and tools such as Dynatrace/Kibana is a must have.
- Should have strong communication skills and should be able to coordinate with non-technical and technical teams.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be able to create various support artifacts (Design, Test strategy, test cases, KT documentation etc).
- Should be familiar with the release management practices, CI CD processes.
